According to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in accordance with the internal regulations, in order to visit the National Space Center (hereinafter referred to as the NSC), it is necessary to adhere to the following rules:

1. A visit to the NCC building is allowed upon a preliminary request of the initiators of the invitation, agreed with the management of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary”, with the obligatory accompaniment of the employee responsible for the stay of this guest.

2. Persons in a state of intoxication and drugs are not allowed into the building; persons who do not have certifying documents and supporting documents for the right to enter; children under 16 years old.


3. Pupils and students of educational institutions are launched with a responsible person accompanying them according to a list previously submitted by the relevant educational institution, agreed with the management of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary”.

4. At the entrance to the NCC building, visitors present an identity document (identity card, passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan or other states) for verification of data in the previously submitted lists.


5. It is strictly forbidden to enter the NCC building with firearms or edged weapons, ammunition for them and special means (gas, pneumatic weapons, electric shock devices, bulletproof vests, etc.), except for employees who are on duty.

6. Visitors are prohibited from bringing audio, video, photographic equipment and other electronic and technical means (computers, radio stations, recording devices, magnetic and electronic storage media, electronic notebooks) into the building of the NCC without a preliminary application agreed with the management of JSC “NC” Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary.

MEMO FOR REPRESENTATIVES OF SCHOOLS AND INSTITUTIONS WISHING TO TAKE A TOUR IN THE BUILDING OF THE NATIONAL SPACE CENTER

Excursions in the National Space Center (hereinafter referred to as NCC) are conducted for the purpose of professional orientation of schoolchildren, where students can get an idea about existing professions in the space industry and the work of employees of JSC “NC” Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary “in the NCC.

For maximum convenience and improvement of mutual understanding of the addressing party, it must be remembered that the NCC is a secure facility, where there is access control and certain rules for staying in the building are observed:

1. The planned excursion is agreed in advance, at least 1 (one) month before the expected date.

2. The application is made in the name of the management of the company JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary” (the full name of the leaders can be found in the “Management” section on the website), on an official letterhead signed by the head of the educational institution and the attached list of excursionists.

3. The number of sightseers should not exceed 30 people. Plus 2-3 leaders.

4. A sightseeing tour is conducted along a certain route, along the way accompanied by a short conversation with one or two employees of the Company during the tour – therefore, in order to maintain attention and interest in what is happening, schoolchildren from grades 6 to 11, as well as students of colleges and universities are allowed to the tour.

5. For the period of the excursion, the leaders of groups of schoolchildren and students must ensure that schoolchildren and students observe the generally accepted rules of conduct and cleanliness.

6. Pupils and students must observe discipline, clearly follow all the instructions of the guide and the leader of the group.
